An initial nutrition counseling visit can be scheduled during your Clarity Call, or a scheduling link to request an appointment time can be emailed after the phone call.

Please Note: Sumra RD Nutrition primarily offers in-person visits. Telehealth visits are prioritized for those who experience any difficulties getting to visits in-person.
LOCATION: We are located in Marble Works at 228 Maple Street, Middlebury, Vermont.

ACCESSIBILITY: There are parking spots near the front door. To reach the office suite, there are 3 flights of stairs with a railing and landings on the way up. There is no elevator. If you have concerns about accessing the 3rd floor, alternative arrangements can be made.
